Subcontractors
All subcontractors are required to submit a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to beginning any work. Please ensure the following:
- All subcontractors are required to submit a valid Certificate of Insurance AND W-9
- The COI must include general liability and workers’ compensation coverage.
- Our company must be listed as the Certificate Holder.
- Coverage must be current and remain valid for the duration of your work with us.
